...that nothing is exciting if I know what the outcome is going to be. I keep wanting to know how things will play out, keep asking to see the future. God doesn't give anyone the power to know the future because life becomes maddeningly boring when you know everything upfront. So, instead of struggling, I need to learn to enjoy the uncertainty. Everything will pan out eventually. Once again I must remind myself of my most favorite scripture,
"For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord.
Plans to prosper you and not to harm you.
Plans to give you a hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11.
It's already planned out.
